We are seeking a Scheduler 2 to support planning and scheduling efforts for projects and portfolios. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
Position Summary
The Scheduler 2 supports the planning and scheduling efforts for projects and portfolios. Responsible for working with project teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time‑management skills and strong communication and client service skills.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to set up, organize, and develop schedules for individual projects up to $100M in magnitude.
- Assist project teams in schedule development.
- Advise project teams in best practices and planning excellence.
- Support Pre‑Construction and project pursuit efforts with project planning and proposal schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of typical construction means and methods.
- Review schedule updates performed by project teams.
- Responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one‑to‑one basis.
- 6 years of industry experience.
Working Conditions and Physical Efforts
- Ability to physically stand, bend, sit for long periods, and squat throughout the day.
- Ability to repeat the same movements.
- Ability to communicate effectively to participate fully in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
- Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs.
- Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver’s License).
