We’re partnering with a leading national builder, developer, and EPC firm known for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the U.S. — including large-scale data centers, renewable energy, and healthcare facilities.

This firm is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler II to join their project controls team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on data center project experience and a proven ability to manage detailed construction schedules for fast‑paced, technically demanding builds.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate project teams and trade partners in developing and maintaining CPM-based schedules.
• Oversee schedule progress across multiple large‑scale projects, identifying risks and supporting mitigation planning.
• Collaborate closely with site management, project controls, and leadership teams to ensure project alignment.
• Mentor junior schedulers and project staff, fostering consistency in scheduling practices.
• Support business development and preconstruction teams with proposal schedules and pursuit strategies.
• Contribute to company‑wide initiatives focused on planning, scheduling improvement, and best practice sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of construction experience with strong scheduling and project sequencing knowledge.
• Prior experience scheduling data center projects is required.
• Preference for candidates with experience working for a general contractor.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Must be open to relocation or full‑time rotational travel.
