Scheduler – Mission Critical Construction (Multiple Levels, Multiple Locations)

Wisconsin | Nebraska | New Mexico (Onsite Only – Relocation Preferred)

These roles require a full-time onsite/office presence, ideal for professionals ready to commit long-term and grow with a pipeline of work stretching well into the next decade.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules using CPM software on complex construction programs.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and trade partners to anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support proposals and pursuits with scheduling input to strengthen project delivery strategies.
• Lead schedule reviews, ensuring alignment with project sequencing, milestones, and contract requirements.
• Contribute to best practice development and mentor junior team members where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience in construction scheduling; mission critical, industrial, or largescale technical builds highly valued.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, contract terms, and project execution.
• Proven track record of loyalty and stability in previous roles; good tenure is king.
