Job summary

The Ear Institute of Texas in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Scheduler to join our patient-centered team. You will manage calls, emails, and faxes, schedule appointments, and document patient information accurately.

We value excellent customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. A High School Diploma or GED is required; medical office experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

• Enter clinical messages into the electronic health record system.
