Job summary

Consertus is seeking an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Nashville, TN. You will develop and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with stakeholders, and support project controls on large construction programs.

Minimum 5 years in scheduling or project controls, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar tools are required. Certifications such as PSP or PMI-SP are a plus. This role offers growth and impact on major programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling/project controls experience on large construction projects.
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and controls on large multi-package construction projects.
• Conduct critical path analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Handle cost and resource loading and cash flow reporting.
• Identify changes, trends, and risks to schedules.
• Review baseline and progress submittals and time-impact analyses.

About This Role

Consertus is looking for an experienced Scheduler for an onsite project in Nashville, TN. As part of a project controls team, you’ll develop and maintain project, program and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate with Stakeholders to develop project phasing, update project and program schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling and/or other controls functions on management of large and multipackage construction projects
• Perform critical path analysis and prepare variance reports
• Perform cost and resource loading and develop cash flow reports
• Identify project changes, trends, and risks
• Review and analyze contractors’ baseline, progress update and time impact analysis submittals
• Prepare schedule reports for management

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant fields is required
• Industry certifications (e.g. PSP, PMI-SP) preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling/project controls in fields such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen
