Join to apply for the Scheduler role at Moog Inc.

Moog Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to join our team at our Chatsworth, CA location. This role reports to the Manager, Staff Program, and offers a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off.

About Moog: Moog produces spaceflight hardware and software solutions, supporting missions from proposal to on-orbit operations. We focus on innovative aerospace components including radiation-hardened avionics, GPS/GNSS receivers, and high-performance microprocessors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated master and sub-project schedules, ensuring logical consistency.
• Coordinate activities with project team members, resolve schedule conflicts, and track progress.
• Analyze key program events and milestones.
• Work with the Program Manager to interpret performance data for reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with program scheduling concepts and tools, preferably MS Project.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~5%).
