Job Description

Saint Luke's in Kansas City is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout SLHS for the assigned location.

This position is remote within the Kansas City metro area.

Shift Details: 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling tests, procedures, treatments, and services with minimal support.

• Determining financial accountability, providing information, and referrals proactively.

• Problem solving concerns and issues.

• Providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is excited about working with people and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, willingness to work, is adaptable, and eager to learn. This position requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
