Jobot is seeking an experienced Scheduler for our Dallas region to manage detailed project schedules for high-profile construction projects, including data centers and hospitals. You will use Primavera P6 to track timelines, identify milestones, and coordinate with project managers for accurate updates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling and construction, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a BIM/PM mindset to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.

2. Coordinate with project managers and other project leads to gather accurate schedule updates.

3. Identify project milestones and integrate them into the project schedule.

4. Analyze project schedules and provide status reports to the project team.

5. Monitor and continually review the project schedule to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

6. Provide forecasts and project schedule updates as required.

7. Utilize Primavera P6 software for all scheduling tasks.

8. Coordinate with all project stakeholders to gather and confirm schedule details.

9. Proactively identify potential schedule impacts and propose solutions to maintain project timelines.

10. Assist in the development of project proposals and bids as required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically with Data Centers and Hospitals.

3. Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.

4. Strong understanding of construction processes, including project planning, detailed design and engineering, procurement, and construction execution.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.

6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.

8. Demonstrated ability to present complex schedule information in a simplified manner.

9. Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.

10. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
