Job summary

Cutting Edge Communications, LLC is seeking an experienced Scheduler in Cypress, CA to support aerospace and defense programs. You will partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules that drive program execution.

Responsibilities include using Microsoft Project to track milestones and critical path, and providing schedule status reports to guide decisions. Onsite first shift, with hybrid options possible based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles, CPM, and schedule analysis.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple programs.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government programs is highly desirable.

• Partner with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare schedule status reports and provide insights to support program decisions.
• Assist with planning, forecasting, and execution across a diverse portfolio of programs.
• Ensure schedules comply with internal processes, customer requirements, and program objectives.

As a Scheduler, you will partner with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules that drive successful program execution. • Partner closely with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare schedule status reports and provide meaningful insights to support program decisions.
• Assist with planning, forecasting, and execution activities across a diverse portfolio of programs.
• Ensure schedules comply with internal processes, customer requirements, and program objectives.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project scheduling principles, critical path methodology (CPM), and schedule analysis.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government programs is highly desirable.

Location: Cypress, CA

Shift: First, 8:00am-5:00pm, onsite preferred; hybrid schedule may be considered

Note: Final pay is based upon years of experience, qualifications such as education and relevant certifications, and market conditions.
