Job summary

AccentCare in Chisago City, MN, is seeking a Scheduler to join our home health team onsite. The role schedules RN, LPN, CNA and HHA with home-based clients, coordinating visits and ensuring timely patient care.

This full-time, non-remote position offers a salary of $22-$26 per hour, based on experience, with Monday–Friday schedules. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior home care or healthcare operations experience is strongly preferred.

• Previous Home Care, Or Healthcare Operations Experience Strongly Preferred.
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience With Caregiver EVV, Payroll And Onboarding.
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations.
