Job summary

Holley Performance Brands, Inc. is hiring a Scheduler in Bowling Green, KY. You will manage production schedules, allocate resources, release tickets, and align plans with business needs across multiple departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2–5 years in manufacturing, strong Excel, and ERP experience. You will leverage Syteline/SAP/Oracle and Power BI to inform decisions and optimize inventory and ATP timing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business management or related field.
• Mid to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems such as Syteline, SAP, Oracle or similar.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment with end-of-month targets.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Manage short- and long-term production schedules.
• Allocate resources to needed jobs.
• Release production tickets and adjust schedules daily.
• Review schedules to meet business needs.
• Use MRP/ERP systems to compare system suggestions with demand.
• Coordinate with production, quality, sales, customer service, engineering, and product management.
• Calculate production rates and assist capacity planning.
• Ensure schedule adherence across teams.
• Identify material shortages and communicate promptly.
• Use ERP (Syteline) and Power BI to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Track inventory levels and ensure top SKUs are available.
• Update ATP dates regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business management or any related field with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with Continuous improvements methodologies and lean manufacturing.
• Problem solving mindset with comprehensive focus on driving change.
• Efficiency in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience in managing large sets of data.

Bonus Points For:

• ERP and WMS platform experience in a global or multi-site environment.
• Automotive industry background.
• Familiarity with BOMs and deviations.
