Allaire Health Services is seeking a Staff Scheduler to join our team in Boston. You will play a key role in creating monthly nursing schedules, ensuring compliance with staffing guidelines, and supporting the Medical Records team during rounds.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and workflow.
• Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements to meet staffing guidelines.
• Assist Medical Records by pulling charts for physicians rounds weekly.
• Answer phones, assist visitors and residents and relay communications.
• Perform clerical tasks including processing transfers and discharges.
• Carry out additional administrative support, including maintaining medical records, scheduling or job assignments, and preparing special reports.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Carry out additional administrative support, which may include maintaining medical records, assisting with scheduling or job assignment, and preparing special reports.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
