Allaire Health Services in Boston is seeking a Staff Scheduler to join our team. You will help plan monthly nursing department schedules, coordinate call-ins, and support patient care operations in a warm, professional environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with healthcare scheduling is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling and workflow.
• Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and arrange call-ins.
• Assist Medical Records in pulling charts for physicians’ rounds each week.
• Answer phones, assist visitors and residents and relay communications.
• Perform clerical tasks including processing transfers and discharges.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed and assist with reports.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
• Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
• Assist Medical Records in pulling charts for physicians’ rounds each week.
• Answer phones, assist visitors and residents and relay communications.
• Perform clerical tasks to include processing administrative transfer and discharges.
• Carry out additional administrative support, which may include maintaining medical records, assisting with scheduling or job assignment, and preparing special reports.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
