Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will coordinate CNA/LPN/RN staffing, supervise rounds, and support accurate medication administration.

• Assist with medication passes and treatment scheduling within policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient CNA’s, LPN’s and/or registered nurses are available for your tour of duty to maintain quality care.
• Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure staff perform to acceptable nursing standards and report findings to the Director.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications are administered as ordered and treatments are provided as scheduled.
• Review medication cards for completeness of information, accuracy in transcription, and adherence to stop order policies.

Unit Manager, RN/LPNResponsibilities:

• Ensure that a sufficient number of CNA's, LPN's and/or registered nurses are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality care is maintained.
• Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards. Report findings to the Director.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled.
• Review medication cards for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.
