Job summary

Bell Brothers is seeking a Dispatcher to drive revenue by coordinating and dispatching sales opportunities across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Windows, and Sewer. Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules and technician assignments to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Dispatch calls based on technician skill, performance, and availability.
• Prioritize same-day and high-value opportunities.
• Adjust schedules in real time to handle cancellations, delays, and urgent needs.
• Monitor technician progress and maintain schedule visibility throughout the day.
• Coordinate turnovers and capture in-home sales opportunities.
• Ensure accurate job details, notes, and documentation for every dispatch.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain strong communication with teams.
• Audit appointments and identify missed opportunities or scheduling gaps.
• Follow up on pending and canceled calls to recover revenue.
• Support inbound booking during high call volume as needed.

Pay Range: $23—$28 USD
