The role involves coordinating services, monitoring compliance, and conducting assessments, with daily contact across courts, social services, and law enforcement, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of full-time experience in casework, counseling, or customer service.
• Equivalency of experience and training also acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• NAPSA certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports mission to enhance public safety, court appearance and jail pretrial efficiency.
• Supervises defendants released on personal recognizance or conditional release.
• Monitors court orders and coordinates services; recommends actions.
• Makes referrals and follow-ups for persons released on bonds; ensures court dates attended.
• Conducts assessments and drug/alcohol screening; schedules urine collection and breathalyzer tests.
• Represents in court to judges on supervision performance and bonds.
• Verifies mental health compliance; coordinates rehab participation.
• Monitors alcohol monitoring devices and follows SCF parameters.
• Works with social agencies; assists in improving SCF grant program.
• Attends trainings and stays updated on trends.
• Maintains honesty, integrity and ethics; follows policies.
• Maintains team atmosphere; substitutes during absences.
