Job summary

El Paso County Sheriff's Office in Colorado Springs seeks a qualified administrator to oversee all substance use disorder (SUD) services at the Criminal Justice Center. You will supervise staff, ensure contract and grant compliance, and coordinate reporting with state and regional partners.

This is an in-person, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm role with potential schedule changes; must meet licensure requirements and be prepared for audits and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Three years of administrative leadership or related experience in a law enforcement or healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, train, and evaluate staff; participate in hiring and discipline.
• Develop and coordinate activities aligned with program requirements and reporting.
• Coordinate with Region 16 Opioid Abatement Council and other partners for reporting and compliance.
• Conduct service planning and transition planning for incarcerated clients; document interactions.
