Outdoor Recreation Hospitality LLC, dba White Mountain – Saco- (White Mountain National Forest, NH) seeks a Host to help provide a quality recreational experience for visitors across our campground operations. This role typically involves two people but may be filled solo in some locations, handling gate/check-in, parking, housekeeping, and guest services.

Responsibilities include checking in campers, collecting fees, stocking retail items, operating a POS, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to provide courteous, helpful customer service in a busy outdoor setting.
Comfortable working with the public and giving information on rules and local attractions.
Ability to de-escalate challenging situations with guests.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous customer service and educate visitors on park rules and local attractions.
Register campers and process payments for fees and retail items.
Operate a cash register and handle cash, card, and debit transactions; maintain logs.
Ensure cleanliness and safety by performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Assist with occasional retail duties and program activities as needed.
Report unsafe conditions and equipment issues to the supervisor.
