Job summary

Sight & Sound Brand is seeking a Scene Shop Administrative Partner to oversee and lead projects, manage schedules, labor, and budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

You will work with the Scene Shop Manager, handle purchasing, invoicing, travel, and communications, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors to support successful productions. This role emphasizes collaboration, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or higher.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Able to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide self-directed administrative support for the Scene Shop.
• Coordinate schedules, purchasing, travel, and invoicing.
• Approve PTO requests and process timecards.
• Assist Scene Shop Manager with labor, materials, and equipment planning.
• Prepare internal and external work-for-hire agreements.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate projects.
• Support the Scene Shop Manager with administrative tasks.
