Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee scenic, Spacecube, and temporary structure projects from turnover through closeout. You will coordinate with CAD, Production, Installation, Logistics, and Estimating teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and clear communication with clients.

The role requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced live events environment, with emphasis on scheduling, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in scenic fabrication or live events.
• Strong coordination between CAD, production, and installation teams.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and scope management for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scenic, Spacecube, and temporary structure projects from turnover to closeout.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate scope, milestones, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead internal meetings and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, risk management, and change requests with Estimating.
