Job summary

Irving ISD seeks a paraprofessional to support campus needs by assisting in the office and classrooms as directed by the principal. 187-work-day year, Paraprofessional 030 pay scale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties in the office as assigned.
• Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional exercises as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment.
• Assist in supervising students throughout the school day as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of administrative records and preparation of reports as required.
• Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment as assigned.
• Assist in preparing materials/displays for instruction or campus operations.
• Participate in staff development programs, faculty meetings, and special events, as required
