We are immediately looking for SCCM/MECM-Intune Support Engineer for one of our client in MA.

Immediate Interview for qualified resources who is willing to work 100% Onsite at client's location from starting of the project - Remote work is not allowed.

Location: Northborough, MA (Onsite all 5 days) - Remote work is not allowed.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Mode of Interview: 2 Teams Video Call

Joining Availability is needed: 2 Weeks from confirmation

Job Description:

• The areas of focus for this role are Modern Endpoint Management, Intune (MAM-WE), SCCM, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, Group Policy (GPO), Windows as a Service (WaaS), Intune Autopilot, vPro and SCCM Co-management
• Implementation of new key initiatives within the Device and Data organization
• Accountability of Engineering solutions for current state and future vision that align to overall product roadmaps.
• Good knowledge of mobile devices, iPad, iPhone and MAC
• A need a person that demonstrates willingness to assist and get involved quickly.
• Provide onsite technical support for Windows 11 migrations at user workstations.
• Follow detailed migration checklists and instructions provided by the project team.
• Backup user data to OneDrive and ensure data integrity during the transition.
• Install or configure Windows 11, drivers, and approved applications on end-user devices.
• Assist users with post-migration issues, including login, application access, and peripheral configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues that arise during or after migration.
• Document completed migrations, issues encountered, and resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and project leadership.
