We have immediate full-time, salaried opportunities for Intune + MECM Expert Customer Engineers (CEs). These roles involve supporting some of the largest, most sophisticated companies worldwide, primarily F1000 firms. CEs are responsible for building, deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise environments, focusing on customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Intune/MECM initiatives.

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000, based on experience. CEs are home-based and deliver services via Microsoft Teams.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting product workshops and training sessions
• Performing in-depth product reviews and assessments
• Health checks and post-implementation reviews
• Product upgrade and migration assessments
• Systems performance reviews
• Acting as the primary onsite technical contact, providing visibility, support, and problem resolution for corporate clients

Qualifications for success:

As an SME in Intune/MECM, you will support and troubleshoot enterprise mobility and management solutions, including:

• Intune MDM, MAM, Device Security, Conditional Access, Windows imaging, updates, CO-Management, Autopilot, compliance policies, and best practices
• Enterprise support experience with Autopilot, MDM, EMS, Active Directory, Azure, SQL, Windows Server
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite and related security technologies
• Hands-on knowledge of MECM/SCCM architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting
• Experience with client health monitoring and application creation via MECM/Intune
