Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SCCM/MECM Current Branch and/or Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
• Hands-on patch management across large enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving for application deployment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management infrastructure.
• Oversee OS deployment, imaging, and device provisioning.
• Administer client health, agent deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Plan and execute monthly patch cycles for Microsoft and third-party apps.
• Ensure patching SLA compliance across the organization.
• Integrate with vulnerability tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.).
• Deploy applications via SCCM/Ivanti with minimal user disruption.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize success rates.
• Develop automation and reporting for remediation workflows.

Job description

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and/or Ivanti Endpoint Manager, focusing on device lifecycle management, patching, automation, and security compliance across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM/MECM and/or Ivanti Endpoint Manager infrastructure
• Manage OS deployment (OSD), imaging, and device provisioning
• Administer client health, agent deployment, and lifecycle management
• Plan and execute monthly patching cycles (Microsoft & third-party apps)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise patching SLAs
• Integrate with vulnerability tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.)
• Deploy applications via SCCM/Ivanti with minimal user disruption
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure success rates
• PowerShell (advanced)
• VBScript / Batch (legacy support)
• Automate repetitive tasks, reporting, and remediation workflows
