Job description

Responsibilities

• Day to day support of SCCM 2012 and McAfee ePO infrastructure for high availability
• Perform routine health checks of SCCM servers and report any issues
• Integrate new applications/packages into SCCM for distribution to end users
• Make applications available in Software Center as requested by end users
• Troubleshoot application installation issues no workstations from Software Center
• Operating System Deployment (OSD) via SCCM Task Sequence
• Management of device and user collections in SCCM
• Enterprise wide distribution of Windows updates to workstations
• Enterprise wide distribution of McAfee virus definitions to workstations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Microsoft SCCM 2012 infrastructure
• Knowledgeable in reading and understanding of SCCM logs to resolve issues
• Knowledgeable in distributing Windows updates to workstations via SCCM
• Knowledgeable in Application distribution via SCCM
• OSD (Operating Systems Deployment) experience using Task Sequence
• Experienced using packaging tools like Install Shield, Flexera Admin Studio
• Knowledgeable in Image Engineering and deployment using Microsoft tools (i.e. Microsoft Deployment Tool kit)
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Network troubleshooting skills
• Certification in Microsoft SCCM and Windows 7 preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and end-users
• Excellent customer focus
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and delegate appropriate workload
