Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior Endpoint Management specialist to lead SCCM/MECM and Intune administration for enterprise environments. You will own end-to-end configurations, OS deployment, and patching across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, and a track record of L3/L4 ownership and onsite/hybrid delivery with large customers; Azure Virtual Desktop is a bonus.

Qualifications

• End-to-end SCCM/MECM administration including site hierarchy, boundary groups, deployments, OSD, patching, driver management, reporting.
• Deep experience with Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance, Win32 app deployment, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and co-management with SCCM.
• Troubleshooting & Operations: independently troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Endpoint Management Stack: strong understanding of Windows 10/11 lifecycle, device onboarding, security baselines, Defender integration.
• AVD (nice to have): Basic hands-on exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience Level: L3/L4 ownership rather than L1/L2 support-only roles.
• Client-facing / Onsite readiness: experience with enterprise customers in onsite or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration and optimization of SCCM/MECM environments across multiple sites.
• Lead Intune-based configurations, policy deployment, and co-management with SCCM.
• Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve complex endpoint management issues in production.
• Supervise Windows lifecycle management, device onboarding, and security baselines.
• Support remote or on-site delivery with enterprise clients.

• Troubleshooting & Operations: Proven capability to independently troubleshoot complex issues, handle escalations, and work in production enterprise environments.
• Endpoint Management Stack: Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, device onboarding, security baselines, Defender integration.
• AVD (nice to have): Basic hands-on exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience Level: Profiles should clearly demonstrate L3/L4 ownership, not L1/L2 support-only roles.
• Client-facing / Onsite readiness: Experience working with enterprise customers in onsite or hybrid delivery models.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
