Job summary

Ozarks Technical Community College seeks a dedicated SCC Project Manager and Data Coordinator to oversee the Strengthening Community College (SCC) grant project at the Springfield campus. You will manage data collection, reporting, budgets, and stakeholder communication to support healthcare career pathways.

Reporting to the College Director of Grant Development, you will coordinate with Health Sciences, nursing, and program directors, develop dashboards in Excel/Power BI, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience developing and implementing complex policies and procedures.
• Experience working with data in a CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business software, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience analyzing data to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant-funded project implementation and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting for the grant.
• Prepare and submit timely grant reports.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate between internal teams, funding agencies, and external partners.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to leadership.
