Job summary

Ozarks Technical Community College is seeking a SCC Project Manager and Data Coordinator to oversee grant-funded efforts, ensure compliance, and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting. You will coordinate activities with Health Sciences leadership and other program directors to monitor progress and impacts.

The role requires experience with CRM data, Excel and Power BI, plus strong project management and communication skills to support budgeting and reporting to funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience with data in a CRM system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power BI.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience analyzing data to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the grant-funded SCC project ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit timely grant reports.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables and milestones.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams, funding agencies and partners.
• Organize stakeholder meetings with college leadership to provide updates.
• Oversee key participant data systems including CRM, Excel and Power BI.
• Collect, analyze and interpret program data to assess outcomes.
• Create dashboards and reporting materials for leadership and funders.
• Identify opportunities to improve grant management workflows.
