Job summary

ATD Technology LLC is seeking a Scanning Lead / Mailroom Operations Lead to supervise daily document imaging, mail processing, and records management. You will ensure high-quality digitization, proper mail handling, and secure handling of sensitive information.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in document processing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and experience with OpenText Intelligent Scanning. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of document scanning, imaging or records processing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience operating high-volume scanning equipment.
• Experience managing mailroom operations and mail distribution processes.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scanning and document imaging activities and supervise staff.
• Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate carrier shipments.
• Train staff on scanning procedures, mail handling, and safety.
• Monitor performance, maintain SLAs, and balance workloads.
• Maintain scanning equipment and mailroom inventories; report issues.
• Ensure compliance with records management policies and USPS standards.
