Job summary

MAC DISCOUNT LLC is seeking a Scanner Associate to join our Canton operation. This full-time hourly role involves scanning items into our auction listings, researching products online, and preparing high-quality listings with accurate details.

You will work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with duties including photo editing and maintaining listing quality. The position requires physical capability to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and follow written guidelines.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site; Schedule Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search products online.
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings.
• Correct and complete information for each item.
• Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

SCANNER ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The S can T eam uses proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete information for each item
• Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
• Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:
