Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal engineering degree with emphasis on process engineering or scale-up.
• Experience applying Six Sigma/Lean tools in manufacturing contexts.
• Knowledge of lab-to-plant tech transfer and scale-up workflows.

Responsibilities

• Track metrics for scale-up products and lead improvement projects.
• Lead CapEx projects from concept to installation and commissioning.
• Review CapEx requirements for Lab and propose upgrades to speed scale-up.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with other labs.
• Collaborate with site engineers to identify scale-up opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Lead scale-up trials and develop trial reports and control plans.
• Develop best practices and SOPs for new products and processes.
• Provide process documentation and training for new products.
