Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Process Engineer in Wisconsin to drive and manage strategic projects across locations. You will identify, design, and implement equipment and process improvements to optimize manufacturing and commercialization of new products.

You will collaborate with plant management, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet scope, budgets, and timelines while focusing on yield, waste reduction, chemical usage, and CIP optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Process, Chemical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in process engineering or related role.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Conceive and plan projects with manufacturing team for major production activities.
Lead budgets and timelines for capital projects and plant improvements.
Collaborate with plant managers and contractors to define scope and capital requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve yield.
Develop Standard Work and provide technical training to operators.
