Planet Pharma in the United States is seeking a Process Development Engineer to support scale-up of chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing environments. You will develop batch records, process instructions, and technical documentation, and provide hands-on support during production campaigns while troubleshooting process issues.

Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering, you will help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing in a regulated

Qualifications

BS or MS in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field.
2+ years in chemical processing, manufacturing, or process development.
Experience with scale-up, process safety, and regulated operations.
Experience in pharmaceutical or specialty chemical environments preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Support scale-up from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing environments.
Develop and review batch records, process instructions, and technical documentation.
Provide hands-on support during production campaigns and troubleshoot process-related issues.
Participate in process safety reviews, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
