Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to lead scale-up, tech transfer, and manufacturing operations in a regulated environment. You will guide the transition from lab to commercial production and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

You will develop and review batch records, process instructions, and technical documentation while troubleshooting issues and supporting production campaigns on the floor.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of process development, scale-up, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of process engineering, process safety, and technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Scale chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and commercial manufacturing.
• Develop and review batch records, process instructions, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot process issues and support manufacturing campaigns on the production floor.
• Lead process safety reviews, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and external partners.
