Job summary

Planet Pharma in the United States is seeking a Process Development Engineer to support scale-up of chemical processes from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing environments. You will develop batch records, process instructions, and technical documentation, and provide hands-on support during production campaigns while troubleshooting process issues.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years in chemical processing, manufacturing, or process development.
• Experience with scale-up, process safety, and regulated operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or specialty chemical environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Our client is seeking a Process Development Engineer to support process scale-up, manufacturing operations, and technical troubleshooting within a regulated chemical or pharmaceutical environment. This role will help transition laboratory processes into commercial production while working closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.
