Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Controller to partner with the CFO to scale the company's accounting organization and infrastructure as we grow. You will manage the external audit and oversee policies, controls, and financial reporting to support rapid expansion.

The ideal candidate blends startup scale-up experience with the rigor of a mature company, and will help build the financial infrastructure needed for public-company readiness, including NetSuite and evolving revenue models.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive accounting and finance experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience with revenue recognition for SaaS, professional services, and stock-based compensation.
• Public-company or IPO-readiness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the accounting organization including GL, revenue, AP, AR, financial reporting, and related accounting operations.
• Own and improve monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accuracy and scalability.
• Provide technical accounting leadership across complex matters and evolving revenue models.
• Lead external financial statement audits and establish a scalable audit and reporting process.
• Build and strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and governance for growth.
• Oversee NetSuite implementation and develop scalable finance infrastructure.
• Support international expansion, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Develop a high-performing accounting team for public-company readiness.
