Job summary

Fix Group Management is seeking a senior accounting leader to partner with the CFO/President. This role will own the accuracy and integrity of the books, build a high-performing accounting team, and design the structure, controls, and reporting framework to scale our portfolio of businesses.

You’ll operate at both the technical and strategic level, overseeing accounting operations, FP&A, and the implementation of scalable software tools, including NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership over multi-entity operations.
• 5+ years of NetSuite experience (reporting, workflows, configuration).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules to maintain records integrity.
• Develop and monitor accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to reduce risk and support audit readiness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy across the finance function.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals; oversee multi-entity operations.
