Job summary

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn scale software.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Record inbound and outbound truck weight and enter into TRUX using Weigh-it.
Operate the scale daily and log weights for overnight/weekend vehicles.
Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is accurate and entered into TRUX.
Answer phones and assist customers professionally, coordinating scheduling as needed.
Support general office operations, including light cleaning and reports to management.
