Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and route incoming loads to proper locations.
• Weigh vehicles and document scale transactions with required data (gross, tare, net, location).
• Maintain daily records for purchases and sales; assign purchase/sales order numbers.
• Handle scale payments, adjust contracts, and send scale tickets to customers.
• Keep scale house tidy and follow 5S standards; file and fax scale tickets as needed.
• Monitor yard operations communications and maintain PPE compliance.
