The ideal candidate will handle daily deposits, balance cash drawers, answer phones, and prepare monthly and yearly reports while keeping a clean and safe scale office environment. Training provided as needed.

• Operates the weight station scale.
• Greets the public and provides quality customer service.
• Enters information into computer program on a daily basis.
• Prepares daily deposit.
• Balances and handles cash drawer on a daily basis.
• Answers the phone, checks mail.
• Prepares customer charge account invoices for billing.
• Receives, annotates, and processes payments.
• Prepares monthly and yearly reports as requested.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment in the scale office.

• Enters price, product, weight and customer data into the computer daily.
