Job summary

Anchor Ingredients Co LLC in Culbertson, MT is seeking a full-time manual laborer to support receiving, loading and milling. The goal is to meet high quality standards while keeping downtime to a minimum and productivity at a maximum.

In this role you will scale trucks, take samples, log results in BCFoods, oversee outbound loads and ensure correct product and quantities. You’ll monitor equipment such as Cimbria, destoner and mill components and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Work in dust.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Work at significant heights.

Responsibilities

• Scale trucks and manage inbound/outbound loads with accuracy.
• Take samples and log test results in BCFoods.
• Ensure correct product and quantity for each load; obtain COA/barcode as required.
• Operate and monitor equipment like Cimbria, destoner, hullers and roller mill.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety standards.
