Job summary

Anchor Ingredients is seeking a Scale House Operator Nights to receive, load and mill product, scale inbound/outbound loads, test samples, and enter results to ensure accurate paperwork and COA/barcode requirements where needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring conveyors and destoners, preventing spills, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime; must lift up to 75 lbs, stand long hours, and work in dusty conditions with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license and be able to operate scale equipment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads repeatedly.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Comfort working in dusty environments and around machinery.

Responsibilities

• Scale inbound trucks and load-outbound loads and ensure correct product and quantity.
• Test samples, run basic analyses, and record results in the system.
• Post paperwork promptly to maintain production schedules and traceability.
• Monitor conveyors, destoners, and milling equipment for proper flow and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around scales and work areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance to troubleshoot and address problems and minimize downtime.
