Responsibilities

• Scaling Trucks: manage all inbound loads; probe, test and scale; retain samples and properly mark; sweep scale and document results.
• Production: monitor belt flow, prevent spills, check equipment and troubleshoot issues; ensure proper bin and maintenance checks.
• General: communicate breakdowns, repair minor issues, use team to complete tasks, prioritize safety.
• Other Duties: mow lawn, shovel snow, move trailers, change screens, set up grinder and perform extra cleanup as assigned.
