Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Work in dusty environments.
• Open traps on trailers and work in confined spaces.
• Work at significant heights.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load and mill product to meet Anchor Ingredients quality standards and maintain production flow.
• Scale inbound and outbound loads, verify product, quantity and destination, and document results.
• Collect samples, test and log results as required, ensuring COA or barcode where needed.
• Perform routine checks on production equipment and respond to issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards across the facility and yard.
• Assist with general duties around the plant such as mowing, snow removal, or moving equipment as assigned.
