This role requires accurate data entry, attention to safety, and clear communication with the Henderson Office and shipping teams. The position is full-time, with 12-hour shifts in a 4-shift rotation, and includes benefits such as medical plans, a 401(k) match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree preferred (2–4 year) from college/university/technical school.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English at or above high school level.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, volume, and net present value.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret varied instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and 10 Key.

Responsibilities

• Keying all loads received into the mill for Recycling and maintaining good communication with drivers.
• Monitor docks to ensure they are full and trucks are waiting as others pull in/out.
• Log drivers and loads on the receiving log for the Mill.
• Check drivers in and fill out drop tickets for trailers to be dropped.
• Maintain inbound/outbound traffic flow as much as possible.
• Communicate with Henderson Office regarding release numbers, rejections, etc.
• Radio communication with the Fiber Yard.
• Notify shipping when a driver arrives with a load of chemicals.
• Maintain scale house cleanliness and supplies.
