Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager embedded in Software Operations & Scaling to translate engineering design into scalable, deployable supply chain capabilities. You will partner with product teams to ensure BOM readiness, component availability, and feasible kitting across sites.

The role emphasizes building scalable playbooks and automation to reduce manual effort, while surfacing risks early and aligning procurement, planning, and engineering services across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product engineering teams to integrate supply chain scalability into system design and BOM readiness.
• Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks that standardize the path from NPI through network deployment.
• Serve as the connective tissue between SOS engineering, Global Procurement, Strategic Planning, and Engineering Services.
• Build automation tooling that models supply chain readiness across the product lifecycle.
• Identify economies of scale across OMHS SCS products through shared components and unified logistics approaches.
• Create visibility dashboards that surface supply chain risks and bottlenecks early in the development cycle.
• Drive standardization of supply chain integration practices across greenfield and scaling products.
• Document repeatable, site-independent deployment playbooks.
