Job summary

Keller Executive Search International represents a fast-growing client in solar and storage, seeking a Chief Operating Officer to build the operating engine that scales the business across warehousing, freight, inventory, and fulfillment.

You will own systems, cadence, and processes; lead a full operations function with national 3PL partners; set dashboards and accountability; partner with the CEO, CFO, and Presidents of revenue to drive structure and measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Owns operations and logistics across warehousing, freight, inventory, and fulfillment with a national 3PL and warehouse partner network.
• Sets KPIs, cadence, dashboards, and accountability to keep the plan on track.
• Builds team structure, places people in right roles, and sets real targets on a stable base.
• Oversees sales/BD infrastructure, pipeline forecasting, CRM, deal desk, and pricing discipline that connect to capacity.
• Leads systems and technology strategy for core ops stack (WMS, TMS, ERP) and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Establishes compliance and commercial legal processes with scalability in mind, including hazmat/oversized-load permitting.
