The Position

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless onboarding, building relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships. Your focus will be on customer retention and growth, acting as the product expert on our solutions.

What this job can offer you
  • Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to long-term relationships.
  • Drive client retention and growth, identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Manage campaigns, promote products, and introduce new features.
  • Focus on quality and customer success outcomes.
  • Address customer concerns and gather feedback for internal teams.
  • Educate and train customers on our products and services, especially in Employer of Record, Global Payroll, and Contractor management.
What you bring
  • Experience managing the customer journey.
  • Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Experience managing campaigns and product promotion.
  • Commitment to quality and customer success.
  • Skills in addressing customer concerns and feedback sharing.
  • Ability to educate and train customers effectively.
  • Expertise in Remote’s core products, especially in HR-related services.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Our Total Rewards strategy ensures fair, unbiased compensation with competitive benefits across all locations. We pay above local rates to support global talent and local economies.

The OTE salary range is $29,100 to $65,550 USD, determined by role, level, and location. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and market factors. The range may change.
