About your new role:

The Customer Success Manager will focus on business development and customer retention through consistent customer contact, QBRs, and management of a base of CommandLink customers. The primary goal is to maximize CommandLink customer experience, growing the base of business through upgrades, product cross-selling, and maintaining our industry-low customer churn rate. The Customer Success Manager will be supported by exceptional engineering resources, Sales Directors who will work in concert in these efforts, and sales leadership who are laser-focused on helping every employee surpass their career goals. This is a 100% Remote, Full-Time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a broad understanding of CommandLink’s products, technology, software, and support methodology
  • Leverage proprietary software tools for maintaining regular communication with customers, understanding their technology initiatives, and growing partnerships with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Build trust with customers, act as a primary contact for questions and issues, and communicate effectively to ensure a positive experience throughout their lifecycle
  • Implement strategic initiatives with leadership to identify opportunities for cross-selling and work with resources through sales cycles to win additional business
  • Manage proprietary software tools including CRM, quote tools, sales automation, and KPI dashboards to meet metrics
  • Contribute positively to company culture as we grow into a U.S. leader in enterprise network, communications, and software solutions

What you'll need for success:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in enterprise customer account management across deployment, upsell, and renewal phases
  • 3-5+ years selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, Network and Internet Services, Managed Services, and Software
  • Experience presenting to leadership, conducting demos, leading QBRs/MBRs, and facilitating training/webinars
  • Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and general software
  • Personality traits: positive, calm, persuasive, negotiator, self-motivated, quick learner, and goal-oriented

We hire across various regions with pay ranges reflecting regional labor costs. The listed salary range is based on geographic location, skill, experience, and qualifications.
