Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in scrap industry preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to follow oral and written communication; work in dusty environments with pre-employment screenings.

Responsabilités

• Weigh inbound and outbound vehicles and inspect loads.
• Direct vehicles to unloading areas and assist in purchases.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment and PPE compliance.
• Inspect and grade inbound/outbound materials for quality.
• Manage inventory transactions and accurate recordkeeping.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and processing machinery.
• Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, and related docs.
• Train and support team members while aiding customers and drivers.
